Terms of Use
Phoenix Disaster Services (PDS) provides this research service for free to a limited extent. Due to the nature of research in general we are not able to provide in-depth details. The research we provide include:
- A search of resources on the Internet with a list of these resources sent to you through email.
- A brief review of the most pertinent resources based on the information provided. Please note that our understanding of your question and our interpretation may differ from yours. Please be specific.
- We may provide a few well placed phone calls to state and/or local emergency officials. If we do we will provide you their contact information and the notes we receive from them so that you may contact them yourself.
- Other information we may find relating to your question that is not listed above.
If our research goes beyond 30 minutes we will contact you to confirm what we currently have and determine if you would like for us to continue to research this material. At no time will you be charged for any research services rendered during this free 30 minute time span.
Please note that any information we collect should not be taken as definitive facts. We research this information on the internet and through our own channels and different views and/or rules may become apparent.
